Gyoza
Gyoza is an Asian Dumpling filled with meat and vegetables, originating in China before becoming a staple in Japanese cuisine. In North America, it is commonly sold as a "potsticker" or "potstickers".
Unlike to traditonal Chinese Dumpling, gyoza wrappers are much thinner, it requires less cooking time for quick serving. Gyoza can be cooked by boiling, steaming, pan frying, or deep frying directory from frozen. Chicken and Pork are the 2 flavours now offering to the market, however we welcome any flavour of yours to develop.
